Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction will teach you a variety of mindfulness techniques such as guided imagery, relaxation, mindful communication skills, and daily practices. This educational instruction of Mindfulness techniques is effective commonly used for stress reduction. In addition, stress relief benefits expand relief to pain and stress disorders: such as episodes of anger, depression, sadness, anxiety, or unhappiness, to prevent relapse, applied as an intervention to behavioral traits that might arise such as cravings for smoking, food-weight gain, or addictive substances. Your Initial Strategy Session can be one or two hours, based upon your needs. A 1-hour session is $150, and a 2-hour session is $325. After the initial session, a package must be purchased. This produces a dedication from you to the approach of coaching and helps you commit and work through any resistance that may occur. Unique situations exist with specific needs- anywhere, from immediate intensive intervention requests to scheduling allowance needs. I offer a free (15) minute to start.

(3) Months of Neuro Coaching ($2497) includes: 3 months of weekly sessions (online or phone) with (3) hours support monthly or 9 hours total for duration of (3) month.

How Mindfulness Neuro Coaching Works


Our first meeting is our initial session, usually 1 to 2 hours. By the end of this session, we’ll identify your goal needs. Sessions are offered over the phone to maximize your time, increase your privacy and heighten your comfort. Skip the waiting room!


Coaching is goal-oriented and collaborative. For best results, coaching requires a commitment to working together. I suggest selecting support in between the sessions to maximize your success. If you are interested in short-term support, Mindful Parenting Class offers perks of short-term support services.


Many of my clients retain me on an ongoing basis with either monthly, bi-weekly, or even weekly sessions. Most individuals initially choose to meet once a week with support for 3 to 6 months and then reduce to biweekly (5 session package), then twice a month (for couple months) or once a month or check-in as needed.

Please note: Individual needs can vary from this structure.

  • I do not accept health insurance or facilitate the processing of reimbursement claims.
  • All coaching is available via online video conferencing or phone.
  • For your convenience, the following forms of payment are accepted: all major credit cards via PayPal from Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
  • Appointments reserve a time for you; therefore, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for canceling or rescheduling an appointment. The full session will be charged for appointments that are missed, canceled, or rescheduled without 24 hours’ notice.
